1. Overview

At AdDogs, we want you to be completely satisfied with our AI-powered advertisement generation service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on subscription purchases.

We encourage you to review our service thoroughly before subscribing. Our credit-based system allows you to evaluate the quality of generated advertisements before committing to a larger subscription.

2. Our Plans

AdDogs offers a free tier and three paid subscription plans:

  • Free: 5 credits (one-time, no renewal) - $0
  • Basic: 30 credits per month - $12/month
  • Pro: 100 credits per month - $33/month
  • Ultimate: 212 credits per month - $63/month

Each credit allows you to generate one advertisement. For paid plans, credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over. Free plan credits are a one-time allocation that never renews.

Note: The Free plan is not eligible for refunds as no payment is involved.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, provided:

  • You have not used more than 5 credits during the refund period
  • This is your first subscription with AdDogs (no previous refunds)

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your annual subscription purchase, provided:

  • You have not used more than 10 credits during the refund period
  • This is your first subscription with AdDogs (no previous refunds)

3.3 Renewal Payments

For subscription renewals (second month onwards or annual renewal), refunds are generally not available. However, if you have a valid reason, please contact us and we will review your case within 3 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:

  • Excessive Usage: If you have used a significant portion of your credits
  • Outside Refund Window: Requests made after the 14-day (monthly) or 30-day (annual) period
  • Previous Refunds: If you have previously received a refund from AdDogs
  • Account Violations: If your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

Note: Even in these situations, please contact us. We review all requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to be fair.

5. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time through multiple methods:

  • Self-Service: Go to your Profile page and click "Manage Subscription"
  • Customer Portal: Access your subscription management portal via the link in your confirmation email
  • Email: Contact hey@addogs.ai and request cancellation

What happens when you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew at the next billing date
  • You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
  • You can continue using your remaining credits until the billing period ends
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods

6. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hey@addogs.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and the date of purchase
  3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request

Response Time Guarantee: We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take additional time (5-10 business days) to reflect the refund in your account.

7. Technical Issues and Service Problems

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service:

  • Contact Support First: Reach out to hey@addogs.ai so we can resolve the issue
  • Credit Restoration: If a technical issue on our end caused a failed generation, we will restore the credit to your account
  • Case-by-Case Review: Significant, documented technical issues that prevent service use may qualify for a partial or full refund at our discretion

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We respond to all inquiries within 3 business days and work to resolve issues fairly.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension. If you have a billing concern, please email hey@addogs.ai and we will work to resolve it promptly.

9. Plan Changes and Upgrades

Upgrades: When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the price difference is prorated and charged immediately. You receive the additional credits right away.

Downgrades: When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at your next billing date. No partial refunds are issued for the current billing period.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with our decision regarding your refund request, you may:

  • Request a review by emailing hey@addogs.ai with additional information
  • Contact our payment processor for payment-related disputes

We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of all refund requests within 3 business days.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated via email. The refund policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
