ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all content generated with AdDogs, operated by Supermega Design LLC. It covers the prompts, images, and other inputs you provide, as well as the advertisements our AI generates from them.

To keep the Service safe for everyone, prompts are screened by automated content moderation before generation. Requests that violate this policy are blocked before an ad is created, and no credits are consumed for blocked requests.

This policy is part of our Terms of Service. By using AdDogs, you agree to follow it.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use AdDogs to create, request, or distribute:

• NSFW or sexually suggestive content, including nudity, sexually explicit material, or sexualized imagery of any kind
• Sexual content involving minors. We have zero tolerance for this. Any such content is blocked and reported to the relevant authorities
• Deepfakes or impersonation of real people without their consent, including fabricated endorsements or likenesses
• Content infringing third-party intellectual property — brands, logos, characters, or other creative works you do not own or have rights to use
• Violence, gore, or hateful content targeting individuals or protected groups
• Illegal products or services, or content promoting illegal activity
• Fraud, deception, or misleading advertising claims. Claims made in your ads must comply with applicable advertising law in the markets where you run them
• Malware or phishing creative, including ads designed to deceive people into revealing credentials or installing harmful software

3. Enforcement

Requests that violate this policy are blocked automatically by our content moderation system before generation. If your request is blocked, you can edit your prompt and try again.

Repeated or serious violations may lead to account suspension or termination without refund, consistent with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy. For severe violations — such as content involving minors — we may terminate immediately and report to the relevant authorities.

4. Reporting Violations

If you believe content generated with AdDogs violates this policy — or if your request was blocked and you believe it was a mistake — contact us at hey@addogs.ai. We review every report.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time as our moderation systems and legal obligations evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
