AdDogs supports 10 ad dimensions including Square (1:1), Portrait formats (9:16, 4:5, 3:4, 2:3), and Landscape formats (16:9, 5:4, 4:3, 3:2, 2:1). Free and Basic plans include 3 dimensions. Pro and Ultimate plans unlock all 10.

Most ads generate in 10-30 seconds depending on complexity.

Yes. Use the prompt field to specify your brand colors—for example, "use blue and white brand colors" or "match my logo colors." The AI will incorporate your color preferences into the generated ad.

Generate again—each attempt uses one credit but gives you a fresh result. Try adjusting your reference ad, product angle, or adding specific instructions in the prompt field.

The AI preserves text style from your reference ad. For custom copy, add instructions in the "Additional details" field like "Change headline to 'Summer Sale'" before generating.

Yes. Click the heart icon on any template to save it to your Favorites. Access your saved templates anytime from the Templates page.

Templates is our curated ad library you browse for inspiration. My Library (in your dashboard) stores all ads you've generated—your personal collection of created ads.

Currently, you upload reference ads directly in the Create flow. We don't have a personal template save feature yet, but you can re-use any ad from your generation history.

Yes. We offer a 14-day refund window for monthly subscriptions and 30 days for annual. If AdDogs isn't right for you, contact support for a full refund.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your Profile page. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period, then your account reverts to free tier.
