AdDogs accepts JPG, PNG, and WebP files up to 10MB. We don't support animated formats (GIF, animated WebP). You can also paste a URL to any ad image online—we'll grab it automatically.

Yes. Upload your logo file and it will be integrated into your generated ads. The AI places it appropriately based on the reference ad's style and layout.

AdDogs supports 14 ad dimensions including Square (1:1), Portrait formats (9:16, 4:5, 3:4, 2:3), Landscape formats (16:9, 5:4, 4:3, 3:2), Cinematic (21:9), and banner formats (1:4, 4:1, 1:8, 8:1). Basic includes 3 dimensions. Pro and Ultimate unlock all 14.

Seconds. Most ads finish in under 30 seconds depending on dimension and complexity. The generate button is not a loading screen simulator.

Yes. Use the prompt field to specify your brand colors—for example, "use blue and white brand colors" or "match my logo colors." The AI will incorporate your color preferences into the generated ad.

Generate again—each attempt uses one credit but gives you a fresh result. Try adjusting your reference ad, product angle, or adding specific instructions in the prompt field.

The AI preserves text style from your reference ad. For custom copy, add instructions in the "Additional details" field like "Change headline to 'Summer Sale'" before generating.

Yes. Click the heart icon on any template to save it to your Favorites. Access your saved templates anytime from the Templates page.

Yes. The library is regularly updated with new templates.

Yes. Use the prompt field to describe what you want—specific styles, colors, layouts, or themes. The AI will incorporate your instructions into the generated ad.

Yes. The library contains real ads from actual campaigns. When you use a template, AdDogs recreates the style and layout with your product—the output is original and yours to use commercially.

Yes. The Browse page is public. You can explore the full library, filter, and search before creating an account. Sign up when you're ready to generate.

Templates is our curated ad library you browse for inspiration. My Library (in your dashboard) stores all ads you've generated—your personal collection of created ads.

Currently, you upload reference ads directly in the Create flow. We don't have a personal template save feature yet, but you can re-use any ad from your generation history.

Three paid plans: Basic ($12/mo, 30 credits/month), Pro ($33/mo, 100 credits/month), and Ultimate ($63/mo, 212 credits/month). Annual billing includes two months free (16.7% off): $120/year, $330/year, and $630/year respectively.

One credit = one ad generation in your selected dimension.

No. AdDogs is paid-only, with plans starting at $12/month for 30 finished ads. Monthly subscriptions include a 14-day refund window.

No. Credits reset monthly on every plan, including annual plans. Use each month's quota or lose it.

Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately with prorated billing — you only pay the difference. Upgrades unlock more credits right away. No penalties or fees.

Credit cards, debit cards through our payment processor. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Yes. We offer a 14-day refund window for monthly subscriptions and 30 days for annual. If AdDogs isn't right for you, contact support for a full refund.

Yes. Cancel anytime from your Profile page. You'll keep plan access until the end of your current billing period. Your account and existing ads stay accessible afterward, but generating new ads requires an active paid plan.

Not yet, but it's on our roadmap. For now, each team member needs their own account. Contact us for volume discussions if you have 5+ users.

Yes. Annual plans include two months free. Basic is $120/year ($10/mo effective), Pro is $330/year ($27.50/mo), and Ultimate is $630/year ($52.50/mo).
